Back2Back Bands ("B2B Bands", "we") runs b2bbands.com. This notice explains what we collect when you join the waitlist or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email and confirmation that you're 18 or older. If you choose to tell us more: first name, crew size, crew name, next festival or show, city, social handle, how you found us, and phone number.
Contact form: your name, email, what kind of partner you are, an optional link, and your message.
How you got here: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (like utm_source), the website that sent you, and your crew link code if a friend referred you.
Visits: a simple daily count of visits. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we use it

To email you about B2B Bands, including when it's available.
To text you drop updates, only if you checked the box and gave us your number.
To learn which crews, cities and festivals to build for.
To count which friends joined through your crew link.
To reply to partnership, creator and press messages.

Who sees it

The B2B Bands founders. Your information is stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, and may be handled by the email or texting service we use to contact you. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with festivals, brands or advertisers.

Texts

If you opt in, we'll send drop updates, about 2 to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Texting is never required to join the waitlist.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@b2bbands.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Ages

The waitlist is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also go out by email.
